Honey Dew Cream Pops

I purchased this popsicle mold set online recently. What can I say, this little investment is worth every penny. It is fun to whip up a batch of delicious frozen treats with very little time and few ingredients, especially in the hot summer days. These beautiful treats are made out of fresh fruits, yogurt and ice cream. Feel free to use any fruits.

Put 2 to 3 cups honey dew pieces or any fresh melons in a food blender, mix into puree. You need about 1 1/4 cups puree. Pour melon puree into a bowl, add 1 cup vanilla ice cream, also add 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt. Gently mix everything together until creamy. (Tips:  If you want, you can mix everything together in the blender. Puree the honey dew first, then add ice cream and Greek yogurt, pause, pause, done.)

Spoon melon mixture into popsicle molds, cover with tops, freeze for 6 hours. When serve, run hot water over both sides for 3 seconds or until you can pull the popsicle out. There you have it, an icy-cold summer favorite.
