Move Slow, Live Longer

These days we all feel the need to get things done as quickly as possible. 24 hours a day is just not enough time. Whether we are brushing teeth or making dinners, walking or driving, there is always a voice in our head telling us: faster, faster. The truth is taking things slow can reduce stress, lessen your chances of making mistakes and increase the likelihood of promoting good health.

Sure we can stop working for a minute and say hello to our co-workers. And what is more important than eating slowly so you don’t get choked and died. While you are out shopping, don’t rush in and out the store, take your time, look around. Why miss a good sale?

My New Year’s Smart Ideas:  I will live like a turtle, eat like a pig, and laugh like a monkey.

The Year of Monkey 猴年 starts on February 08, 2016 and ends on January 27, 2017.

Happy New Year!   中 國 新 年 快 樂 !
